Expression of Interest – SAP Technology Consultant

The opportunity

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced SAP professionals to support current and future client engagements across a range of industries. These opportunities sit within a consulting environment and span technical, functional, and leadership roles, supporting some of the most complex business and technology transformations underway today. This Expression of Interest is suited to candidates operating at Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level, with capability across one or more SAP domains and a passion for delivering value-led, client-focused outcomes.

As an SAP Technology Consultant, you will work as part of multidisciplinary consulting teams advising clients through the case for change, design, implementation, and value optimisation of SAP solutions. Engagements may range from large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations complex, multi-stakeholder environments to targeted discreet consulting pieces of work.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne / Canberra - Ngambri / Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

Depending on your level and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Contributing to or leading end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs
• Advising clients on SAP-enabled business transformation and technology strategy
• Translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP functional and technical solutions
• Designing, configuring, and optimising SAP solutions in line with industry best practice
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to shape solution direction and drive adoption
• Providing thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA, cloud, data, analytics, and integration
• Supporting testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation
• Coaching and mentoring team members to build capability and future leaders
• At Manager level and above, supporting engagement management, commercial outcomes, and business development activities

Skills and attributes for success

We welcome interest from consultants with experience across one or more of the following areas:

• SAP S/4HANA (greenfield, brownfield, bluefield) implementations
• SAP solution and Integration architecture
• ERP Consulting strategy and value realization
• Finance and Performance Management (FI/CO)
• Supply Chain and Operations (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM)
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM / PM)
• Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors
• SAP Ariba, Concur, and broader SAP cloud platforms
• Technical development including ABAP, RAP, and SAP BTP
• Integration and middleware (SAP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO)
• Data, analytics, and reporting (BW/4HANA, SAC)
• SAP security, roles, authorisations, and governance

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

You will bring strong consulting experience and a proven track record of delivering SAP solutions within complex client environments. Depending on your level, you will demonstrate depth in your SAP domain, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated consulting experience, including time spent in Big 4 or comparable professional services organisations
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and end-to-end business processes
• Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple phases of the SAP delivery lifecycle
• A collaborative, outcomes-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery
• For senior roles, experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to sales and proposal activities
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing consulting teams
