Executive Assistant Team Leader
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant Team Leader based in Melbourne.
The role will be comprising of Team Leader responsibilities together with an appropriate EA allocation. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself both professionally and personally, be bold and rewarded!
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is based in Naarm - Melbourne.
Your key responsibilities
As an EA Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Executive Assistants, inclusive of:
- overseeing all aspects of the performance management cycle including employee performance evaluation, mid and year end reviews; coaching, goal setting and ongoing development and managing performance.
- stakeholder management, understanding Partners and Senior Leadership needs and expectations along with navigating wider business demands; recruitment and on-boarding of new EAs; resource management and workforce planning; building a high performance team and driving initiatives for continued improvement including leading engaging team meetings
- working effectively across various teams and escalating issues to the Assigned Support Manger as necessary; and engagement of the Melbourne EA Community including organising events and sessions to provide learning and support opportunities.
