Your key responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of recruitment events and recruitment days at university campuses, EY offices and virtually. From time to time, some events may take place outside of standard business hours. These instances are limited and planned in advance.

- Preparing contracts and supporting recruitment administration
- Coordinating onboarding, logistics and communications for our Early Identification programs
Skills and attributes for success

- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to build positive working relationships, collaborate as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities
- An interest in recruitment, people programs or working with early‑career talent, with a willingness to learn and grow in this space
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
