The opportunity
At EY-Parthenon, we are always interested in connecting with experienced Transaction Diligence professionals at the Senior Manager and Director level.
By submitting an expression of interest, you’ll have the opportunity to be considered for future roles where you would work with leading global organisations, high-growth companies and private equity firms on complex, high-profile transactions.
In this role, you would support clients across the deal lifecycle — helping uncover key value drivers, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and deliver insights that inform critical investment decisions
What your role could involve
Depending on upcoming opportunities, responsibilities may include:
- Leading and delivering financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
- Analysing financial and operational performance through detailed review of accounting records and management discussions
- Preparing and assessing pro forma financial information
- Identifying key risks, opportunities, and value drivers in transactions
- Collaborating with broader EY teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end deal support
Skills and attributes for success
We are keen to hear from professionals with:
- A degree in accounting, business, finance or economics
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in transaction diligence, M&A, or a related field (e.g. external audit or restructuring with recent transaction exposure)
- Professional accreditation (e.g. CA, or international equivalent)
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
