Director – Global Mobility Data Analytics

What’s in it for you?

 

As our Director you’ll bring your deep expertise in payroll data analytics to lead the technical review of payroll remediation projects to support our various clients in Global Mobility.

 

  • Payroll Data Analytics: Spearhead the technical review of payroll remediation projects to ensure wage compliance and accurate entitlement calculations are in accordance with the legal instructions as a subject matter expert. The scope of work can include overseeing remediation projects, including Award/EBAs reviews, leave accruals, progression, superannuation guarantee remediation and enforceable undertakings.
  • Fringe Benefits Tax Data Modelling: Lead specific FBT focused engagements by building various data models to determine the applicable FBT amounts, with a view to also leverage robotic procedures (RPA) to enhance efficiency.
  • Relationship management with regulatory authorities: Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Ombudsman.
  • Experience with Coding and Analytics Tools: Guide the team in coding, particularly in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA and data visualisation tools for FBT functions.

  • Over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics
  • Proven experience with leading large, data-heavy engagements.
  • Strong technical skills in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA tools, and data visualisation.
  • Demonstrated leadership within a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent.
  • Excellent client communication and business development skills.
