The opportunity

 

This newly created role is designed to lead and support the transformation of mobility technology solutions across the People Advisory Services – Tax team. As part of our Digital Transformation and Enablement team, you will sit in our Mobility Transformation team and will play a key role in both internal enablement and external client delivery. You will be responsible for onboarding clients to firm software, designing and implementing digital solutions through technology and AI, and delivering data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards. This role requires strong collaboration with our global development team and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

This position can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Spearheaded digital transformation by onboarding clients to PAS tax software, configuring AI agents to automate workflows, and collaborating with offshore development teams to implement tailored technical solutions.
  • Delivered impactful training sessions and live demos of digital tools and processes to internal teams and external clients, enhancing adoption and understanding.
  • Designed and developed Power BI dashboards to support performance tracking, operational reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Led advisory and mobility optimization projects by redesigning processes and implementing digital solutions aligned with clients’ mobility program goals.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Demonstrated advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Office suite, and VBA macro development and maintenance.
  • Delivered automation and integration solutions by deploying AI agents and implementing API connections to streamline business processes.
  • Applied strong analytical and project management skills to plan and execute initiatives, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Leveraged foundational knowledge of global mobility to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation, supported by excellent interpersonal and client engagement abilities.
