The opportunity
We are looking for Ceridian Dayforce consultants to join the EY People Advisory Services team. Whilst we are flexible on location Sydney or Melbourne would be preferred.
We are focussed on hiring skilled and experienced Dayforce consultants who are passionate about transforming employee experience and are passionate about putting Humans at the Centre of what we do.
We are currently looking for people with experience in

•    The design and delivery of Dayforce implementations across a wide range of industries
•    Architecting and leading Dayforce projects to enhance business functionality, organisational performance, with an exceptional user experience
•    Strong track record in Dayforce implementations across a diverse range of clients seeking to deploy Dayforce modules including:
o    Core HR
o    Workforce Management
o    Talent Suite
o    Payroll
o    Integration
•    Systems, People and Process design
Your key responsibilities

•    Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
•    Build client networks and relationships
•    Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
•    Work on exciting and challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries
•    Leverage your previous experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
•    Work as part of an experienced HR Transformation team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development and career path
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have

•    A relevant Degree or Qualification (preferred)
•    Considerable experience in designing and implementing Dayforce technology solutions
•    Certification in Dayforce modules (preferred)
•    Experience in architecting solutions
•    Understanding of HCM & Payroll related business challenges and how to improve people and business operations
•    Client engagement experience, including the ability to meaningfully connect with clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops
Ideally, you’ll also have
•    Experience writing winning points of view or proposals
•    Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams
•    Excellent standard of oral and written communication
•    Curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo
