The opportunity

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across your client portfolio to provide strategic support that helps them lead, engage, and retain their workforce. You’ll play a key role in embedding talent priorities and delivering impactful people initiatives, while partnering with experts in our Centres of Excellence to drive outcomes.

  • Leverage data, insights, and thought leadership to provide clarity and enable robust, quality conversations and outcomes.
  • Execute operational activities effectively by monitoring services, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and serving as the first escalation point for high-risk employee relations matters.
  • Apply a commercial mindset to all Talent-related work while collaborating closely with the wider Talent team and Centres of Excellence.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment and thriving in an agile setting.
