The opportunity
The Wellbeing and Team Effectiveness Talent intern is an HR administrative professional who partners with Wellbeing and Team Effectiveness team members to coordinate various projects and programs designed to help our people and teams thrive.
Your key responsibilities
The HR intern is responsible for providing support to the Wellbeing and Team Effectiveness group. Key responsibilities are listed below.
- Interact with team members and other various groups within the organization to complete projects and acquire subject matter knowledge
- Attend internal meetings to gain an understanding of the internal client needs
- Consult on improvement opportunities and use cases for the Vitality Index, which is a wellbeing dashboard based on data science principles that connects wellbeing drivers to business outcomes
- Learn and use EY technology tools to contribute to the team’s project work
- Take direction from others to enable independent work on assignments; report back as needed, to produce quality results
- Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate the administration of various wellbeing programs
- Provide reports and gather data related to relevant programs, sharing information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested.
- Assist in communication flow of messages received in the shared Wellbeing mailbox
- Assist in special projects, as assigned

- Ability to perform job responsibilities independently. However, HR intern should
consult with the supervisor when activities are outside the normal scope of responsibilities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; V-lookups, pivots, formulas
- Understanding of data science concepts and ability to apply those concepts to real-world use cases
- Use Microsoft technology suite of products to develop spreadsheets, PowerPoint and/or Word documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
- A GPA of 3.0 or above
