Your key responsibilities
We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging performance management, reporting, and visualization knowledge to develop and monitor BPS Service Center metrics and performance management at the direction of the government. Provide dedicated support to the government by performing the following activities:
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet business requirements
- Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and applications using APIs, web services, and third-party tools
- Create and configure automated workflows using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools
- Manage user permissions, security settings, and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint sites and applications to meet performance and scalability requirements
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users as needed
- Design, develop, and integrate comprehensive Authority to Operate (ATO) Dashboard using PowerBI
- Build high quality data analytics dashboard to capture and respond to FISMA compliance requirements
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SharePoint and related technologies and recommend best practices and improvements

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role
- Proven experience using PowerBi to create comprehensive dashboards
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Flow
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery
- Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, CAML, and PowerShell scripting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity and/or previous employment history with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) preferred.
- Working knowledge of Federal cybersecurity policies and procedures strongly desired.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSD: SharePoint Applications) is highly desired.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements
Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel on average 25% to 30% or more in a hybrid environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Secret clearance
- Experience with BI dashboards
