The opportunity:

Join our dynamic Reward Equity and Employment Tax team, where you'll have the chance to engage with clients from the start and deliver a diverse range of services beyond traditional tax compliance and advisory work. We’re expanding and seeking a Senior Consultant who is passionate about providing exceptional service and driving value for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team and make a significant impact. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Support in client management and build lasting relationships.
• Deliver employment tax projects with technical excellence.
• Contribute to both compliance and advisory services.
• Engage in business development by managing existing clients proactively.
• Adhere to Quality and Risk Management protocols.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members.

About you:

• Proven experience in equity and/or employment tax.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and open to new ways of working.
• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent technical abilities with a desire to continue learning.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications (ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law or equivalent).
• Risk-aware with effective review skills.
• Client-focused with commercial awareness.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Professional services background.
