The opportunity

Data has yet to be utilized to its fullest potential. You’ll be solving complex problems, as well as giving deliverables to our clients in the AI and data space. Your key responsibilities

You will be working with diverse teams of professionals with different skill set to deliver a wide range of AI and data services. As part of that, you’ll need to be a team player with great communication skills, and have the desire to learn the technical skills required to fill the role.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor's or master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in any of the following:
  • Proficiency in Python, data processing and ETL pipelines.
  • SQL expertise for querying and working with relational databases.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).
  • Experience of Building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with tools like Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, or AWS Step Function.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., CloudFormation, S3, Glue, KMS, IAM, Step Functions,  Lambda, SNS, etc).
  • Knowledge of real-time data ingestion (e.g. Kinesis Streaming, etc.)
  • Experience of Designing and managing data warehouses/lakehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Dimensional modeling and understanding of star/snowflake schemas.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading the development, and implementation of scalable data solutions while ensuring best practices in data architecture, governance, and quality.
• Experience acting as the bridge between client architects, engineers, data scientists, and offshore EY teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Ability to drive execution using Agile methodologies, managing project scope, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
• Experience identifying performance bottlenecks, optimize SQL queries, AWS-based workflows, and implement process improvements.
• A willingness and ability to travel at 0%-25%
• Valid driver’s license in the US
• Valid passport

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 7+ years in data delivery, data engineering, or analytics leadership roles.
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or asset/wealth management industries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe, or Scrum frameworks
