The opportunity

As a member of Supply Chain & Operations, you'll contribute to one of the fastest-growing consulting practices in the region. If you are looking for a cutting-edge and rewarding environment within the procurement and sourcing domain, this may be the role you've been searching for.

You will work with leading organizations to improve procurement performance, optimize sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and transform procurement operations. Working alongside high-performing teams and senior client stakeholders, you will help clients drive sustainable value creation through procurement transformation and technology-enabled solutions.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex procurement and supply chain transformation projects, including the design, implementation, deployment and evaluation of business solutions that improve procurement effectiveness and business performance.

You will be working with client organizations to enhance procurement capabilities through process optimization, operating model transformation and organizational redesign. You will work collaboratively with project teams to analyze client challenges, develop practical solutions and support successful implementation.

You can expect to work closely with senior client stakeholders to design, evaluate and improve procurement functions across sourcing, supplier management and source-to-pay processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and support procurement transformation engagements across various industries.
• Assess current-state procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement procurement operating models, governance structures and sourcing strategies.
• Help clients improve procurement effectiveness, efficiency and supplier performance.
• Support strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management initiatives.
• Drive source-to-pay (S2P) process transformation and optimization programmes.
• Analyze client issues and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams, deliverables, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality client services.
• Support business development activities including proposals, presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain consulting, transformation or related industry roles.
• Demonstrated experience helping organizations improve sourcing and procurement effectiveness and efficiency.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Category Management
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Procurement Operating Model Transformation
  • Procurement Outsourcing
• Experience delivering transformation, process improvement or consulting projects related to procurement and sourcing functions.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience with technology-enabled procurement transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Experience implementing procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Procurement or similar solutions.
• Experience in spend analytics, supplier performance management or procurement digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale procurement transformation programmes across multiple business units or geographies.
• Relevant procurement, supply chain, project management or change management certifications.
