Our Financial Services Tax Group focuses on corporate tax consulting and compliance services for clients in the financial services industry, which encompasses banking & capital markets, insurance and asset management. Our highly trained specialty team is equipped to provide solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.

Specialization: Corporate Tax Compliance & Advisory with Transformation Focus

Your key responsibilities

Deliver integrated tax compliance and advisory services for financial services clients while leading transformation initiatives to optimize operating models and enhance efficiency.

• Manage and coordinate Singapore and regional tax compliance and advisory engagements.
• Lead transformation projects focused on process improvement, automation, and governance.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized operating models.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success      

1. Proven project management and transformation experience, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a transformation mindset.
• Ability to leverage technology for process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in transformation projects with tax knowledge 
• Experience in financial services industry and/or professional services environment would be a strong advantage.
