Your key responsibilities
The Workforce Advisory team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line provides strategic solutions for human resource management, supporting companies in planning, developing, and optimizing workforce skills. We work closely with our clients to implement training and development programs that enhance performance and foster employees’ professional growth.
Learning & Development:
- Support projects to analyze training needs and develop learning solutions for clients.
- Help design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of learning programs through basic KPIs and feedback analysis
Assessment:
- Provide operational support in assessment and development projects (e.g. data collection, participant coordination, reporting).
- Contribute to the development of competency models and assessment tools.
- Support qualitative and quantitative analysis of results and preparation of individual and group reports
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP):
- Support senior consultants in workforce planning projects, including data analysis and development of planning models.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and workforce optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the preparation of scenarios, recommendations, and project deliverables
Skills and attributes for success

- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to work on data, reports, and project materials.
- Basic knowledge of HR and organizational topics, such as learning & development, assessment, and workforce planning, with strong interest in these areas.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with the team and support client activities.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn in a consulting environment.
- Team-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Economics, Education Sciences, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR consulting with a specific focus on Learning & Development, SWP, and assessment.
- Proven experience managing complex projects for large companies at both national and international scale.
- Knowledge of SWP methodologies and SBO frameworks (e.g., Competency Frameworks, Skills Taxonomy).
- Familiarity with assessment tools, data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, SPSS), or survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics).
- Advanced skills in data analytics.
- Knowledge of innovative learning methodologies (blended learning, e-learning, gamification, etc.).
- Problem solving, communication and teamworking skills.
- Proficency in Italian and English.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong interest and passion for AI and digital innovation, especially in the areas of people development, analytics, and new ways of working
- International exposure or experience in multicultural contexts.
