Senior Software Engineer

The opportunity 

We are seeking a highly skilled Full‑Stack Engineer with strong experience building modern web applications and a keen interest in integrating AI capabilities into real-world products. This role combines solid full‑stack engineering with the opportunity to work hands‑on with emerging AI technologies and LLM‑powered features.

 To qualify for the role, you must have

• Full-Stack Development: 3+ years building end-to-end applications using backend technologies (Python, Node.js or similar) and modern frontend frameworks ( Angular).  
• AI Integration Experience: Practical exposure to integrating AI functionalities—such as LLM APIs, embeddings, prompt design, or basic RAG workflows—into applications.  
• Backend & API Engineering: Strong experience creating robust REST or GraphQL APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.  
• Programming Skills: Solid engineering fundamentals, testing strategies, clean code practices, Git, and CI/CD workflows.  
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience deploying services on Azure, AWS, or similar environments.  
• AI Framework Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or vector databases to support AI-enhanced features.  
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with product, design, and AI teams to deliver impactful features.  
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Frontend Polish: Ability to build high‑quality, scalable UIs that integrate seamlessly with AI‑powered backends.
• Deployment & Scalability: Experience with Kubernetes, or similar environments.
• Monitoring & Observability: Knowledge of logging, performance monitoring, and reliability best practices.
• Trusted AI Mindset: Awareness of responsible AI use, including transparency, safety, and user trust.
• Analytical & Product Thinking: Ability to transform business needs into practical features enhanced by AI capabilities.
