Job description
As a Manager SAP FICO Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting SAP FICO systems. Your primary focus will be on team management, ensuring service quality, load balancing, handling tickets, resolving incidents, and addressing problems to ensure smooth system operations for our clients.
The opportunity
Joining our team in EY office in Malaga, Spain. You will enhance your expertise by working on various support tasks using the latest technologies and approaches.
Your key responsibilities
- Addressing and resolving tickets, incidents, and problems related to SAP FICO.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and support for SAP FICO systems.
- Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Ensuring the stability and reliability of SAP FICO systems.
- Ensuring quality of service.
- Team management.
Skills and attributes for success
- At least 4 years of experience in the SAP FICO area.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on incident and ticket resolution.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and growth.
- Strong teamwork skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in B. Economics/Engineering or a similar.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in data migration.
- The ability to lead and take initiative.
- A great sense of humor.
