The opportunity

Buscamos incorporar un Consultor SAP BRIM, para incorporarse dentro de nuestro área AMS SAP (Servicios de Soporte y Mantenimiento).

• Experiencia de al menos 4 años como consultor de SAP en el módulo de BRIM
• Conocimientos  de SAP SD y/o SAP FI-AR
• Experiencia realizando proyectos de implementaciones y/o RollOuts
• Experiencia realizando mantenimiento y evolutivos
• Muy Valorable: Certificación en SAP

Your key responsibilities

Como miembro de nuestro equipo, tendrás que realizar las funciones de consultor para un cliente internacional:

• Interlocución directa con cliente
• Resolución en tiempo y forma de peticiones de Soporte Correctivo
• Seguimiento y documentación de tickets AM
• Estimación, Diseño y ejecución de Evolutivos
• Participación en Proyectos en el área SAP BRIM. Toma de requerimientos, construcción, testing, formación y puesta en producción
• Contacto con los responsables departamentales de cliente, entendiendo su negocio y adaptando las funcionalidades de la herramienta (SAP) a sus procesos, necesidades y casuística particular

• Estás abierto a trabajar con clientes internacionales
• Eres perfecto en cumplir con los plazos de entrega de los proyectos/SLAs

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experiencia laboral demostrable en el sector de consultoría tecnológica, de procesos y sistemas.
• Experiencia en Servicios de Soporte y Mantenimiento de Sistemas.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas: orientado al cliente, capacidad para impartir formación, ...
• Experiencia con uso de herramientas ajenas a SAP: herramientas de ticketing, herramientas para gestión, organización y planificación de tareas.
• Capacidad de Documentar y elaborar Entregables de Servicios AM y Proyectos (Documentos Funcionales, Manuales, ...).
• Capacidad para ejecutar tareas cumpliendo con fechas de compromiso: SLAs
• Capacidad para detectar riesgos, identificarlos, comunicarlos a la dirección de proyecto para proponer planes de acción.
• Experiencia en SAP BRIM. Muy deseable tener conocimiento en SAP SD y/o SAP FI-AR.
• Nivel alto de español e inglés.
• Persona creativa, flexible e innovadora, con liderazgo.
• Proactividad.
