Junior Lawyer – Commercial / Corporate Law
The opportunity
As a member of our Legal team at the EY GDS Spain office in Málaga, you will join an international environment where you will support corporate governance and compliance activities for global organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law while collaborating with multidisciplinary and cross‑border teams.
You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities
- Preparation and drafting of corporate documents.
- Control and updating of legal documentation.
- Coordination of secretarial services for international corporate entities.
- Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.
- Drafting of both technical and executive reports.
- Organization, maintenance, and updating of corporate legal records and internal documentation.
- Assistance in filings before relevant registries and in the preparation of regulatory forms.
- Support in capital‑related processes and corporate changes (e.g., appointments, resignations, address changes, document filings).
- Conduct legal research and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Draft technical or summary reports under the guidance of senior team members.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in Law, Law + Business Administration or similar
- High level of English (B2/C1)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Initial experience or internship in Commercial or Corporate Law.
- Experience working with or coordinating tasks with foreign offices or international teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Interest in corporate governance, compliance, or working within multinational environments.
