The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for Oracle ERP Fusion / E-Business Finance Architect to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Oracle products.

Your key responsibilities

The Oracle ERP Fusion / E-Business Finance Architect provides cross functional support and delivery across core Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management. The role ensures operational stability, delivers enhancements, supports business users, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• Own the global Oracle Fusion solution architecture, ensuring scalability and consistency across Finance, HCM, Procurement, and EPM.
• Lead design workshops and define cross functional business and technical architecture standards.

Integration Architecture

• Establish integration patterns using APIs, OIC, REST/SOAP services, FBDI, and ETL pipelines.
• Oversee integration design between Oracle Fusion, EPM, payroll systems, banking, procurement, and external platforms.

Data & Process Architecture

• Define global accounting rules, SLA configurations, costing, and financial posting logic.
• Architect data migration strategies covering suppliers, customers, contracts, assets, POs, and historical data.

Governance & Compliance

• Review and approve design documents, test strategies, conversion plans, and configuration workbooks.
• Ensure adherence to global localization, compliance, audit controls, and security frameworks.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide architectural direction to cross functional delivery teams.
• Act as the strategic advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Guide delivery teams through SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover, and deployment execution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM architecture roles.
• Extensive experience designing cloud based enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross domain expertise.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• German or French skills
• MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
