Financial Crime Analyst

The Supplier Engagement Manager in a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) program is responsible for managing and optimizing supplier relationships, ensuring their participation and satisfaction in the program. This role is crucial for the success of the SCF program as it facilitates collaboration between the company and its suppliers, enhancing efficiency and liquidity in the supply chain.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, acting as the main point of contact and effectively resolving issues.
  • SCF Program Implementation and Support:
    • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring their understanding and participation in the program, and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify and execute improvements in SCF program processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams, organizing meetings and workshops to discuss progress and address issues.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure the program complies with regulations and internal policies, and mitigate risks associated with supplier participation.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and align strategies to increase supplier participation with overall business objectives.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports on the impact and performance of the SCF program for senior management.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with trends and best practices in Supply Chain Finance, proposing and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance the program.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Law/Business Administration/Finance or similar 
  • Experience of 1-2 years in supply chain finance or in banking products for corporate financing
  • Training and specific experience supply chain finance or banking products for corporate financing
  • Native Romanian is a must
  • High English level

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in financial sector
  • We will positively value contributing experience in Big4 or similar companies
