Your key responsibilities

The HR Transformation & Technology team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line, guides and supports clients, both public and private, affected by major technological transformations by delivering and defining a series of change management initiatives aimed at ensuring the success of the transformation itself. 

 

Key Activities:

  • Support the development and execution of Change Management strategies and plans, in line with client objectives and project requirements (digitalization, ERP/HCM implementation, reorganizations, M&A).
  • Conduct the stakeholder analysis and impact assessment, to understand the effects of change on people, processes and the organization.
  • Create and disseminate communication, engagement and training plans and strategies.
  • Develop engaging initiatives, such as gamification activity, to engage all the stakeholders involved.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives, gathering feedback, data and insights to improve the approach and delivery.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic documents on emerging Change Management strategies, supporting team leaders/managers in preparing client decks and project proposals.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Aptitude for identifying security gaps and designing innovative solutions to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, supporting knowledge sharing and collective goal achievement.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italian and English to navigate technical documentation and communication in a bilingual environment.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Degree in Communication, Humanities degree or similar;
  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, in consulting firms;
  • Strong communication, collaboration and proactivity skills;
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Problem solving and teamworking skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of tools for creating training paths and graphics (such as Articulate360, Canva, etc.) is appreciated.
