The EY Innovation Spanish team is part of a larger innovation studio network spread across the world, where we aim to help our clients to capture growth opportunities and overcome present and future challenges by combining a design driven approach with a strategical & business sense.

Currently, we seek to enhance our Strategy & Innovation team in Madrid through the addition of a Manager to participate and lead projects at both national and international levels.
Your responsabilities:
- We want you to play a key role in the projects, by leading the day to day execution while supporting and developing individual team members, taking the overall responsibility of the project execution and its end products.
- Guided and backed by our leadership team, you will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of actionable and tailor-made solutions for our clients, working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- You will have the opportunity to become a true leader, leveraging your interests in inspiring others. With a collaborative team setting, we expect you to be able to work and with others but also autonomously by following key strategic directions. With an expected proven analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking and communication skills, you will ensure the successful completion of the projects and team performance.
- Our type of projects combine different phases where you will be expected to gather and analyse large volumes of mixed information, from which to formulate and test hypotheses and assumptions, as well as building and developing recommendations for our clients to be implemented with a critical and strategic mindset.
Requirements / proven Experience:
- Masters´ degree / Bachelor in engeneeirng or economics
- 5-7 years previous experience in consulting firms.
- Having managed large and highly complex projects, involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Having participated / managed digital transformation projects.
- Having worked with cross-functional teams involving technology and digital teams.
- Having actively managed multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills.
Must Have / Skills:
- Analytical: Strong analytical proven background, knowledge of Power BI and other large date volume platforms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex insights into clear recommendations.
- Conceptualization: Capacity to conceptualize, frame and design clear frameworks, ideas, insights, products and servicies to make them tangible for the clients.
- Mindset: Strategic, financial and business (360º understanding).
- Heart: Moved by the people, supporting team members and achieve overall projects objectives.
