We’re looking for a Supervising Associate to support the Global Sustainability team to achieve EY’s ambition to be recognized globally as the market leader in sustainability and to engage our people around this goal. You will support our external brand and marketing program as well as our internal communications and engagement program. This will give you opportunities to work across paid media campaigns, internal communications, internal network activation, creative asset development, thought leadership activation and case study development.


To fulfil this role, you will have experience of communications and marketing. You will be strong at building trusted relationships within a network of stakeholders, be able to identify and make connections across different topics and projects.  

 

This global role is open to locations / time zones that could work effectively with other members of the Global Sustainability BMC Team, which is predominantly based in London, UK, and the Global Vice Chair - Sustainability and key Global Sustainability team members based in the US.


Your key responsibilities 

 

  • Writing communications for a variety of channels – both internal and external 
  • Managing agencies to deliver creative assets for internal and external campaigns
  • Project managing internal and external campaign elements and supporting across our Global Sustainability BMC portfolio – for example case studies, webinars, podcasts etc.
  • Delivering performance analysis on campaigns to optimize where needed and provide reporting to stakeholders
  • Managing the publication of Global Sustainability content on EY.com and creating impactful user journeys by working with the Digital team
  • Support the enablement of Regions to leverage and replicate global programs 
  • Manage quality and assurance review processes including contract reviews and EY’s SCORE process. 

 

Skills and attributes for success 
 

We’re looking for a high energy individual with a passion for communications and marketing and a keen interest in the Sustainability agenda. You will be happy working in a fast-paced and changing environment. 

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills: strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong project management skills - ability to work under pressure on multiple projects or project elements, simultaneously and to tight deadlines
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills to collaborate in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organization, including global leadership 
  • Experience working with a range of internal and external channels (including, SharePoint, web platforms and social media etc)
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and a sense of partnership
  • A self-starter with a “can do” attitude and the drive to get the job done 
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and be comfortable with complexity and a fast pace of change
  • Ability to work effectively across geographic borders and time zonesCreative, with the ability to bring fresh thinking on how to do things

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • 3 years experience in brand, marketing, communications, publishing, and channels 
  • Experience delivering as part of complex programs, with proven and demonstrable results
  • Experience of working with creative agencies
  • Experience working as part of diverse, virtual high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including global leadership
  • Professional services experience preferred
