The Opportunity:

We are searching for a dedicated Cloud Solutions Architect with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to design, develop, and implement cloud-based automation solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business operations, identify areas for automation, and ensure the successful deployment of RPA systems in the cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust cloud solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation within business processes and design, develop, and implement RPA systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud architectures and RPA solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing architectures and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to services and effective change management.
• Develop process documentation to support RPA development and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure and RPA solutions, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud and RPA technologies and industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role, with a focus on RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud-native application design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript,  C#, or Java for automation and scripting purposes.
• Knowledge of process analysis, design, and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and excellent communication skills to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• UiPath Certified RPA Developer (UiARD) or similar certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Mid-level candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, while senior roles require over 5 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of RPA strategy and governance.

Education and Training Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications in RPA tools and cloud technologies can enhance a candidate’s credibility and career prospects.
