(Senior) Consultant Mobility Transformation (f/m/d)

EY´s Mobility Transformation team supports clients in building or refreshing their mobility programs with a focus on mobility purpose, alignment with talent management, programs and policies, service delivery model, process (re)engineering, and brand of mobility. In doing this, we work closely with our technology and data analytics professionals, and partner with our compliance team. You will take on a wide variety of tasks:

• Working with the team to acquire and support the execution of Mobility Transformation projects, including project management activities
• Participate virtually or physically in client meetings, workshops and strategy sessions, some of which are delivered in an EY innovative wavespace environment
• Supporting the team with the creation of marketing materials, articles and thought leadership in the mobility domain

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• Recognized bachelor's degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MURAL)
• Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects / clients concurrently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and support with the development of new business
• Commitment to client service excellence
