The Opportunity

As a Technology Strategy Architect within EY Luxembourg's Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients shape and execute their technology transformation agendas. You will work closely with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology teams to define technology strategies, target operating models, enterprise architectures, and transformation roadmaps that enable sustainable business growth.

You will play a key role in bridging business objectives with technology capabilities, helping organizations make strategic decisions around digital transformation, cloud adoption, enterprise platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technology strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Assess current-state technology landscapes and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Define target-state architectures aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Develop technology roadmaps, investment plans, and implementation strategies.
• Support CIOs and executive leadership teams in technology decision-making and governance.
• Evaluate technology platforms, vendors, and emerging solutions to support business transformation.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments, and operating model design initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Support cloud transformation, application modernization, data, AI, and cybersecurity programs.
• Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and value realization frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership within the Technology Consulting practice.
• Coach and mentor consultants and support the development of the wider technology consulting team.

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience advising senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
• Proven experience designing enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), enterprise applications, data platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with technology governance, operating models, and portfolio management.
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English is required. French and/or German would be considered an asset.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• Experience within the Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecommunications, Retail, or Industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of AI, data strategy, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Experience with architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, or SAFe.
• Experience delivering technology strategy engagements in a consulting environment.
