Tax Compliance Manager 



Your key responsibilities

You will prepare & review of corporate tax returns and track filing obligations. You will perform financial data analysis, supporting IT enabled reporting and handling electronic filing of tax returns. You will review of tax assessments & advances, advise clients on payments and prepare/ review year-end tax provisions. You will take care of tax risk analysis and advisory, advising on deferred taxes (IFRS, US-GAAP), keeping an eye on project management with and further digitalization of work processes. You will assist in the preparation of proposals as well as Tax Club events and marketing material. You will coach a team of Junior team members.

You will further gain experience in working for financial industry sector companies with particular focus on Alternative Investment funds (e.g. Private equity, Real estate & Hedge funds) as well as multi-national and mid-market companies.


Skills and attributes for success
Your career in Tax enabled you to be exposed to complex Tax Compliance matters in an international environment.


To qualify for the role you must have

  • A university degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting or similar.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Tax Compliance & Reporting in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Lux. and international (IFRS / US-GAAP) accounting principles
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team.
  • A fluent English level.


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A fluent French or German level.
