The Talent Team sits within our Core Business Services (CBS) function, providing crucial support to EY Luxembourg's 2,000+ employee strong workforce. The team is involved in every stage on the employment cycle; from attracting talent to supporting them on their career journey. The Strategic Talent Partner works in collaboration with our business leaders and their management teams to ensure we are developing an extraordinary place for individuals to create their future and plays a key role in building out an engagement culture thereby improving long term retention and development of our future leadership pipeline.
This role will work closely with the leadership teams across the relevant Service Lines to deliver a strategic talent service and develop strong personal relationships and networks throughout the partnership.
The incumbent is expected to play a major role working with their Service Line's to support business growth, the achievement of the talent strategy, employee engagement and the retention of top talent. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in partnership with a fast-paced business with aggressive plans for future growth.
Your key responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working independently with your own internal clients advising them on the best way to identify and attract candidates.
You will then have to define the most appropriate sourcing strategy leveraging social media and traditional portals.
You will interact with those prospects and try to engage them through a compelling HR interview experience, being responsible for all steps of the recruitment process until contract signature.
As a team, we’re trying to be as data oriented as possible, so you will have to track your activities through various ATS and internal tools.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
- 4/5 years of relevant recruitment experience
- You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous)
