Your key responsibilities

 

Campus Relations:

 

  • University Relations: Foster and maintain collaborative relations with international universities to ensure EY is strategically positioned as the employer of choice.
  • Branding: Develop campus recruitment branding strategies to boost our presence on campuses to attract top performing graduates and alumni. 
  • Data Analytics or Reporting: Improving and optimising recruitment outputs by analysing data and reporting.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Collaborating with the various internal teams to ensure an exceptional onboarding program for new joiners.

 Talent Acquisition:

 

As a recruiter, you will be working independently with your own internal clients advising them on the best way to identify and attract candidates. You will then have to define the most appropriate sourcing strategy leveraging social media and traditional portals. You will interact with those prospects and try to engage them through a compelling HR interview experience, being responsible for all steps of the recruitment process until contract signature. As a team, we’re trying to be as data oriented as possible, so you will have to track your activities through various ATS and internal tools.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

        To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
  • 5-7 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous).

 

Ideally, you also have

  • worked with an ATS/CRM (Success Factor, Avature, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.)
