We’re a recruitment team from different backgrounds and nationalities (Including: Ireland, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Italy) and we’re working everyday towards finding the best new talents at a global scale. 



Your key responsibilities


As a recruiter, you will be working independently with your own internal clients advising them on the best way to identify and attract candidates. You will then have to define the most appropriate sourcing strategy leveraging social media and traditional portals. You will interact with those prospects and try to engage them through a compelling HR interview experience, being responsible for all steps of the recruitment process until contract signature. As a team, we’re trying to be as data oriented as possible, so you will have to track your activities through various ATS and internal tools.

Obviously, you will be supported with an exceptional experienced coordinator every day.


Skills and attributes for success


        To qualify for the role, you must have

  •  A Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
  •  2 to 5 years of relevant recruitment experience - preferably within the European market.
  • You are fluent in English and German.


Ideally, you also have

  • Experience working with an ATS/CRM (Success Factor, Avature, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.) system.
