The opportunities: your next adventure awaits

In response to strong market evolution, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance our existing team, with an interest in all aspects of product development and management for commercial companies in Luxembourg and abroad. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a very dynamic team that supports companies such as start-ups, FinTech, and mature companies in their product development, with quick onward career progression while working with a broad range of clients across various industries.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Leading product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Designing and implementing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensuring operational compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Reviewing governance arrangements and product models.
• Conducting initial product assessments; identifying solution opportunities and formulating recommendations.
• Supporting the implementation of product initiatives and facilitating change management from technical and organizational aspects.

Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of product development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• You are charismatic and have mastered the art of motivating teams and guiding change towards targeted goals.
• You hold a Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent certification.
• Ideally, you have first-hand knowledge of the FinTech world and new Finance/IT challenges.
• You are rigorous, start-up minded, innovative, and creative.
• You are fluent in English and French; any additional language, such as German, would be an advantage.
• You can work in a truly international team and collaborate across levels.
