You will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, as well as fund controlling and coordination tasks, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities

- Oversee fund accounting and controlling activities, including NAV oversight, cash flow and liquidity monitoring, capital activity, fee calculations and variance analysis.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, administrators, depositaries, AIFMs and other stakeholders.
- Supervise, review and guide junior team members, contributing to performance reviews, coaching and development.
- Support engagement management, including workflow planning, prioritisation and timely delivery of client requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation and increased digitalisation of reporting activities.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong client-service mindset and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- University degree (minimum Bachelor / BAC+3) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, fund accounting, fund controlling, audit or a similar environment.
- Solid knowledge of LuxGAAP; familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, digital tools, and data analytics (advanced Excel, Power BI, financial systems) to enhance and streamline accounting processes.
- Mindset focused on process optimization and efficiency.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with accounting or reporting tools (e.g. Exact Online, Yardi, Navision, Silverfin or similar systems).
- Exposure to capital activity, fee calculations, investor reporting or regulatory filings.
- Fluency in English; French, German or another European language is a strong asset.
