The opportunity

The Benefits and Compensation support will be part of the Finance Reward and Payroll team which handles all compensation and benefits matters for the company.

Your key responsibilities

Being an active member of our Finance team, you will:

  • Manage queries, handle the incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer to queries about Compensation and Benefits.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to new contracts and contract renewal.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to new hired (declaration, information to the payroll provider).
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee absence (sickness, CCSS declarations).
  • Participate in various Benefits and compensation projects and initiatives.

To qualify for the role you must have 

  • You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in payroll related matters.
  • You have 2–3 years of experience in general HR exposure, reward knowledge and administrative support.
  • Luxembourgish labor law knowledge
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight details.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm.
  • Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point). SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
  • In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of payroll digitalization and process improvement practices will be an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight details
