Your key responsibilities

• You will leverage your extensive network across Luxembourg’s real estate market to originate new opportunities, strengthen relationships with key market participants and expand the firm’s local client base.

• You will lead the day-to-day delivery of real estate transaction and fundraising engagements, defining workplans, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring that key milestones are achieved.

• You will act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, lenders and other advisers, building trusted relationships and communicating complex analyses and recommendations clearly.

• You will supervise, coach and develop junior team members, reviewing their analyses and deliverables and providing timely, constructive feedback.

• You will take ownership of the quality and consistency of financial models, valuations, information memoranda, investor presentations and other client deliverables.

• You will manage engagement economics, resources, risks and internal governance requirements, raising issues and proposing practical solutions where appropriate.

Skills and attributes for success

• You hold a master’s degree with a particular focus either in Real Estate and/or Finance.
• You have minimum 5 years of professional experience
• You are fluent in English and French; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
• During your studies you developed financial modelling skills enabling you to conduct feasibility studies and business plan projections.
• You have excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, teaming skills and the ability to respect tight deadlines.
• You have PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Any certification such as MRICS, CFA, CAIA would be an advantage.
