The Assistant Director – Website and Social Media supports the development and delivery of EY Luxembourg’s digital presence across web and social platforms, while leading the Web and Social Media team and supporting the continued growth of its capabilities. The role ensures content is relevant, well-positioned and aligned with global standards and local priorities.

Key responsibilities

Team leadership and development

  • Lead and coordinate the Web and Social Media team, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery is consistent across projects
  • Create an environment that empowers team members to develop their individual strengths across website, social media and content
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and support to enable high-quality delivery and individual progression
  • Ensure all team activities are properly tracked, managed, completed and recorded
  • Contribute to performance discussions and talent development in collaboration with the Marketing Director

Cross-team collaboration

  • Work closely with other teams, including creative design, events and public relations, to ensure aligned and integrated delivery across content, campaigns and initiatives

Content development and advisory

  • Work closely with EY Luxembourg stakeholders to shape and deliver content across ey.com and social channels that drives both stakeholders and EY visibility and engagement
  • Support the use of a range of formats, including video and data visualization, to enhance content impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on how to effectively position content across digital channels

  • Oversee the management of the Luxembourg website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and aligned with global standards
  • Coordinate the implementation of global content and the publication of locally developed pages such as insights, press releases and profiles
  • Act as a key point of contact for website-related requests and stakeholder support

Social media

  • Oversee the planning and management of the social media calendar in collaboration with the team
  • Ensure the creation and publication of high-quality content across platforms, including Partner-led communications
  • Work with design and video teams to deliver relevant and engaging multimedia content
  • Oversee the execution of paid social media activities where applicable

Global alignment and local application

  • Apply EY global social media and marketing guidelines in a consistent and practical way
  • Translate global approaches into actions that are relevant for the Luxembourg and Europe West market context
  • Maintain alignment with regional and global teams and contribute to best practice sharing

Analytics and performance

  • Monitor website and social media performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership as needed
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly reporting aligned to service lines, providing visibility on content performance and engagement

Marketing automation and campaigns

  • Support the implementation of website-related campaigns and data capture initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign execution using tools such as Marketo where relevant

Internal engagement

  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions on website and social media practices
  • Support Partners and stakeholders in strengthening their digital presence
  • Contribute to internal communications such as the weekly social media bulletin

What we look for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, or related field
  • A fluent level of English, any other language being an asset
