The Knowledge team is a strategic pillar within the Accounts and Industries Business Development (AIBD) function. We connect sectors through insights and solutions to address business challenges, strengthen relationships, and design impactful client engagements.
As part of the team, your mission will be to support EY in delivering actionable insights and driving business development initiatives. You will work closely with industry leaders and their teams on a range of high-impact projects:
Your key responsibilities
Knowledge
- Prepare reports, summaries, and maintain dashboards on a regular basis
- Manage data and update SharePoint platforms
- Contribute to the development of sector-specific knowledge
- Support and deliver internal trainings
Marketing & Communication
- Draft market insights, articles, brochures, and one-pagers
- Support the preparation of presentations and client materials
- Provide ad-hoc support for events and strategic initiatives
Market Intelligence
- Analyze internal and external data sources to track client activity and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market scans (media, publications, and internal resources) to generate valuable insights for sectors and AIBD teams
- Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel and Power BI to transform data into actionable insights
- Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies across service lines
Skills and attributes for success
- A degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund market is considered an asset
- Excellent command of English; additional languages such as French, Luxembourgish, or German are a strong advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior partners
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to support informed decision-making
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and purpose-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
