The opportunity

As a senior HR Reward officer will be part of the Finance Reward team which handles all compensation and benefits matters for the company. 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Be responsible and accountable for the timelines, accuracy and operational delivery of the end to end payroll processes in close collaboration with our payroll provider.
  • Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, health insurance etc..)
  • Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations.
  • Be responsible for internal policies and processes
  • Manage the relevant systems and tools (i.e.: participating in set up of new systems & processes, testing and implementation phases…)
  • Act as an escalation point for payroll and benefits related questions and provide internal trainings on the topics to employee
  • Liaising, interacting and maintaining relationships with external providers
  • Close collaboration with other  teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Be part of the onboarding program: Train new joiners about administrative, compensation and benefits matters
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

  • You are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to our EY employees
  • Strong client focus orientation
  • Knowledge of a management platform such as Successfactors, Peoplesoft or Workday is a strong asset
  • Up to date knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits processes and procedures

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

  •  
  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • You have a first experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm
  • Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of payroll digitalization and process improvement practices will be an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight details
