The EY Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team combines all the experience and expertise available within EY to offer a complete range of value-added corporate finance services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the whole range of corporate finance advisory services offered to our clients, including:
  • Merger & acquisition mandates (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Financial due diligences (buy-side and sell-side, in the context of M&A transactions)
  • Valuation (Business, Debt, Portfolio etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc projects (fund-raising, debt-raising etc.)

Skills and attributes for success

• A University degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or similar
• 0 to 2 years of applicable relevant experience (e.g. Transaction services, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance).
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, French and/or German. Any additional language will be considered a plus
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
• PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills
