The Enterprise Architect is responsible for ensuring that digital solutions are strategically aligned with the broader enterprise architecture, standards, and technology landscape. This role provides architectural governance, promotes reuse and standardization, and supports long-term scalability and maintainability across the Digital Factory.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and reference models to guide technology decisions.
  • Review and approve solution designs to ensure strategic alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to translate business objectives into robust architectural solutions.
  • Promote reuse of components and standardization across platforms to drive efficiency and consistency.
  • Support risk and compliance assessments, ensuring solutions meet regulatory and security requirements.
  • Maintain the architecture repository and documentation, ensuring completeness and accessibility of enterprise architecture artifacts.
  • Guide the technology roadmap and lead innovation initiatives to support future business needs and digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale digital transformation or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and technology strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive architectural alignment, standardization, and reuse across complex organizations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with architecture documentation and repository tools.
  • Ability to guide technology roadmaps and lead innovation initiatives.
