Digital Factory – Digital Project Manager – Associate
Join EY Luxembourg’s Digital Factory as a Digital Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products for the asset and wealth management industry. You will orchestrate the entire lifecycle of digital projects, establish and maintain project management best practices, and drive collaboration across diverse teams. This hybrid role combines strategic project leadership with PMO governance, ensuring impactful outcomes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, task assignments, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and strategies for successful delivery.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of project management methodologies, frameworks, standards, templates, tools, and processes.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address issues and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements and industry standards.
- Support lessons learned exercises and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Budget, Resource & Performance Management
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and optimizing utilization.
- Track project expenses and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and generate reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Support the implementation of project governance, including project initiation, status reporting, and quality assurance processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the project team.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging project management trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Preferred experience in digital project management and/or PMO-related roles, preferably in the financial services industry or Big 4.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
- Fluent command of English; French and/or German is a plus.
