Role Overview
The Digital Acceleration Lead is responsible for driving innovation and rapid solution delivery within the Digital Factory’s architecture and technology pillar. Leading the low code and MS Power Platform team, this role mentors engineers, architects solutions using low code, automation, and SharePoint, and partners with business stakeholders across all service lines to enhance and streamline digital processes. The Digital Acceleration Lead ensures that digital solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with enterprise strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the low code and MS Power Platform team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Architect and deliver scalable solutions using low code platforms, automations, and SharePoint, tailored to business needs across all service lines.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for digital acceleration, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation workflows and digital applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Promote best practices in low code development, automation, and SharePoint integration, ensuring maintainability and compliance.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms, enabling business teams to leverage technology for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and effective change management.
- Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and implement enhancements to maximize business value.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in low code, automation, and digital platforms, recommending innovative approaches to accelerate digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading teams in low code development, MS Power Platform, automation, and SharePoint solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective digital solutions.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Experience with solution design, deployment, and integration in complex environments.
- Ability to drive adoption of digital tools and foster a culture of innovation.
