Digital Factory - Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a new colleague who will be part of our dynamic and rapidly growing digital team. Our team is driving a large portfolio of projects helping our different Service Lines in EY to build software applications/solutions through cutting edge technologies. As a Business Analyst Intern you will support the Program Manager in a program of innovation and digitalization across a portfolio of services in collaboration with established teams and initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the support of the development and implementation of our digitalization strategies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern with a strong background in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and Power Apps. The successful candidate will work closely with our business analysts and IT teams to enhance and streamline various business processes using VBA and Power Apps. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analysing and documenting business processes.

• Support automation tasks using VBA.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.

• Ensure level of accuracy and detail in all tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of VBA and a keen interest in data/automation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Understanding of data visualization tools.

• Previous internship or project experience related to VBA and Power Apps.

Duration:This is a 6 month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
