In order to continue the expansion of our Financial Services practice, we are currently looking to recruit a :

Business Analyst for our Digital Factory
 

Your key responsibilities:

• Evaluate requirements for technical feasibility in collaboration with specialist departments
• Collect, describe, and methodically structure functional and non-functional requirements.
• Gather requirements and framework conditions for software systems and system designs.
• Ensure quality assurance in the preparation of test phases.
• Document the implementation of technical requirements in overall and system specifications, as well as in software architecture.
• Utilize expertise in specific business processes to provide technical guidance to stakeholders and development teams concerning business implications of various systems.
• Conduct tests of new software, evaluating them according to internal standards.
• Support QA teams in writing test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements meet client needs and application integrity is maintained.
• Serve as a liaison between end-users and stakeholders during projects.
• Support testing phases such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests, ensuring client needs will be met.
• Present new concepts and solutions skillfully using moderation skills.

Your profile:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Educational background in Business, Business Informatics, or Technical field.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French or German is a big advantage.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in BPMN or Visio; UML is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL and APIs; Azure knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
