Your Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in EY’s AI initiatives and network, providing thought leadership and contributing to the advancement of our Luxembourg practice.
• Engage with EY’s global AI network to remain current on new assets and initiatives relevant to Luxembourg.
• Analyze client needs, lead discovery sessions, and facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize business challenges and AI use cases.
• Prepare business cases, including ROI, benefits, costs, and payback periods, and review current processes to highlight areas for AI-driven improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CDO, CIO, COO) across major Luxembourg accounts to drive sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities with Solution Architects, supervise RFP/RFI responses, and position AI service offerings—including consulting, implementation, and ongoing support—effectively.
• Support the development of team members, including consultants and architects.
• Maintain and expand the AI use case library within the practice.
• Oversee Proof of Concept (PoC), Pilots and Projects to demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of service offerings and commercial assets.
• Support in driving partnership relations with AI product companies in Luxembourg, including co-selling and deal registration.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 6-8+ years of business development experience in IT consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record in AI sales and delivery across organizations of varying sizes.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable commercial solutions.
• Expertise in developing business cases, including ROI, TCO, and operational impact assessments.
• Deep knowledge of the Luxembourg and Greater Region market, including banking, insurance, investment funds, and PSF sectors.
• Strong networking skills, with active participation in both formal and informal networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially at the executive level.
• Ability to lead problem statement sessions and formalize complex business requirements.
• Experience in constructing and presenting business cases to decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure ML.
• Enthusiasm for process re-engineering and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops and delivering effective presentations.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory); German is considered an asset.
