The opportunity 

Highly skilled Data Migration Expert with deep expertise in the Temenos T24 Core Banking System. Responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end data migration activities from legacy systems to T24, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with project timelines.

This is a fantastic international opportunity that involves weekly travel to the client's location. 

Your key responsibilities 

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of data migration strategies for T24 implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and document data migration requirements.
• Conduct data mapping between legacy systems and T24 modules.
• Develop and validate migration scripts and tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
• Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues, including load errors and inconsistencies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including migration strategy, specifications, and test results.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-migration support.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and T24 modules (Securities, Derivatives, Arrangement Architecture, Payments etc.,)
• Experience in business process modeling, functional specification writing, and solution design.
• Familiarity with system integration, configuration, and validation practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
