We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial manager to join our Banking and Capital Markets Consulting Department. If you are eager to expand your expertise within a top-tier organization that drives major transformation projects for the banking industry, explore the details of this leadership role as a Banking and Capital Markets Consulting Manager.
In this role you will work on exciting projects alongside a team of high-performing professionals from diverse backgrounds. Together, we will provide strategic advice to executives in the Financial Services industry, helping them enhance their businesses, optimize their capabilities, and drive growth while effectively managing risk and striving for excellence.
Your key responsibilities
As a manager in our international team, you will play a key role in advising our global clients. You will collaborate with team members on a range of topics, including business strategy and transformation, innovation and artificial intelligence, customer experience and strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. Additionally, you will take an active role in managing and developing our team, providing training and coaching to support growth. You will also contribute to the management of our go-to-market campaigns and the development of tailored solutions for our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
- An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics, or finance.
- A first relevant experience either in a financial services firm or in the management consulting practice of a professional services firm in Luxembourg.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically.
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
- An agile, growth-oriented mindset, ready to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced world.
- Curiosity and a purpose-driven approach, seeking opportunities and solutions to create a better working world.
- An inclusive attitude, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering safety and trust within teams.
