The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
Opportunity to work directly with the Chief of Staff, Country Managing Partner, and other Members of CLC and Luxembourg Partnership.
First 6 Months will be devoted to support of Chief of Staff - after 6 months an assessment/discussion will be made to continue and either work 50% or 100% as a PMO for the CLC, working on different Projects within the firm. Some of the daily responsibilities are captured below:
- Confirm meeting logistics and ensure agendas are prepared and shared.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, formatted, and ready for review.
- Confirm attendance for key meetings.
- Deal with Ad-hoc requests from Chief of Staff or Leadership.
- Collect and consolidate materials for upcoming meetings.
- Organize files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Manage ad-hoc requests promptly
- Support for coordination of CLC Meetings & Internal Partner Meeting Organization
- Review updates from project managers.
- Check progress against timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Identify any deviations or risks early.
- Update Dashboards & Reports
- Prepare daily or weekly status summaries for stakeholders.
- Log new risks or issues reported by teams.
- Follow up on actions.
- Escalate critical items when needed.
- Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Facilitate quick problem-solving for project teams.
- Organize agendas for steering committees or project reviews.
- Collect and consolidate updates for leadership meetings.
- Capture lessons learned from ongoing projects.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Qualifications:
- Displays business acumen and has the ability to work with a commercial mindset.
- Always demonstrates integrity and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Is results-oriented, proactive, focused, tenacious, and unafraid to take initiative.
- Ability to drive process improvement and standardization.
- Is fluent in English with strong business writing skills. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
Ideally, you'll also have
