Focusing on client centricity, AIBD is the aggregator of cross service-line and sector market demand signals and drives EY to develop innovative solutions focused on client needs.


The opportunity


We are creating a Strategic Pursuit team to manage end-to-end our RFPs, and focus on market opportunities

The Pursuit strategist provides support, advice and expertise to service lines teams in all the stages of Bid Management Process, involving in pre-RFP, RFP response and post-RFP phase. The range of activities include project management, content management and creative development, research, review, and analytical support for the pursuit team throughout the bid management cycle.


Your challenge:


As part of the AIBD (Accounts, Industries and Business Development) team, your mission will be to help EY on the strategic Pursuit organized in two streams “Deal Activation” and “Proposal”. In that frame you will collaborate with EY’s industries leaders and their team on challenging projects:


Strategic Pursuit & Opportunity Management


Deal activation

  • Build with key partners and their team an overall account strategy
  • Set and drive a project management plan throughout all the account life cycle and ensure of the positive outcome
  • Source and analyze information from relevant internal and external sources, connect with local and global teams, collate and review information rationally



  • Contribute to the execution of the pursuit methodology and support in the development of research packs, stakeholder profiles, credentials, market intelligence data, competitor analysis, etc., during pre-RFP and proposal development stages
  • Lead the development of draft proposal sections based on RFP/proposal requirement that are client-focused and innovative
  • Leads on value proposition and writes key elements of proposal content; initiates, accelerates and executes written material
  • Produce high quality outputs using standard templates and or custom presentations in a timely manner
  • Assist the pursuit team in bid management activities including development of kick-off documents, CV collation for team book, orals preparation materials and review of client presentations
  • Works in partnership with the Creative Designer to help develop a coherent visual and written identity, communicating our key messages effectively
  • Oversee the quality review process, provide direction and coordinate support services, as required and as appropriate
  • Exhibit innovative thinking and flexible approach while managing out-of-scope requests
  • Reviews technical content the delivery team produces
  • Project manages the pursuit as central point of contact for internal stakeholders


Strategic Pursuit Communications

  • Set-up clear and transparent communication with stakeholders building productive relationships; adhering to agreed timelines for deliverables
  • Act as the central point of contact in managing the end-to-end process: evaluating requirements, organizing meetings, preparing meeting notes, finalizing timelines and accountabilities as per deadlines
  • Manage the update of content in pursuits terminals/SharePoint sites / Shared teams project including generic proposals, service line presentations and workbooks based on input from the Pursuit Teams
  • Setting-up of internal communication plan to present, explain team expertise and highlight either available material and toolkit, recent Win and best practices


Implementation of internal toolkits

  • Develop internal training material, guide, workshops to support the team achieving ambition
  • Support the team in maintaining the repository of the recent client presentations, RFI / RFP responses, marketing collateral, etc.
  • Help maintaining the data quality in the reporting tool

Your profile:


  • Graduated with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields, you’re looking for a great opportunity to start with your career journey
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, the knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be considered as a strong asset
  • You are creative in the design of documents.
  • You have significant experience in creating impactful documents specifically using power point
  • You have a strong interest on data analytics tools such as Power BI/analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making
  • Excellent MS office skills, specifically PowerPoint are required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Time Management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end
  • Ability to build strong networks with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent accuracy and high level of detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 -5 years of Pursuits Strategy/Bid or Proposal Management experience or equivalent
  • Excellent project management, coordination and negotiation skills
