We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance department for a 6-week contract. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our internal processes by ensuring the organization and compliance of our document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Benefits & Compensation teams.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and filing of documentation related to payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
- Contribute to various ad‑hoc administrative tasks supporting payroll, compensation, and benefits operations.
- Review and assess benefits and compensation documents, identifying items to update, archive, or remove based on relevance and compliance.
- Organize and restructure digital folders within the storage system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and compliance with internal guidelines.
